Lemon Curd Cheesecake Tartlets

Description

Yummy and easy to make – American Spoon’s Lemon Curd is the best!  Once again I am using my favorite tartlet shells from Yomallo.  It’s so easy to whip up a quick dessert good enough for company with these items on hand!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 4 TBL Lemon Curd
  • 1 package Yomallo Graham Cracker Tartlet Shells
  • Sour Cherry, Red Raspberry or other Fruit Preserves of your choice

 


Instructions

  1. Place cream cheese in a small microwave safe bowl.  Place in microwave and heat on Level 5 for about 30 seconds, or until cream cheese is spoonable soft.
  2. Add Lemon Curd to softened cream cheese and stir thoroughly to combine.
  3. Spoon the lemon curd cheesecake mixture into the tartlet shells.
  4. Top with the preserves of your choice.  Voila!  Cheesecake tartlets are ready to enjoy!
